You will leave feeling rejuvinated as well as soothed and prepared for a sound sleep and confident to greet your weeks ahead.
In 2017, Nina completed a 200YTT and began teaching both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Her desire to learn and evolve as a teacher began to be a big part of her journey. Nina made the decision to move to Melbourne to complete a Cert IV in Yoga Teaching inclusive of pranayama and meditation through Byron Yoga Centre. After experiencing a major shift in perspective after practicing Tantra Hatha Yoga, Nina completed a 50 hr Tantra Hatha Yoga training. The energetics of yoga is now the foundation of her teachings. She uses her knowledge of multiple styles of yoga, yogic philosophy, the science of Ayurveda all to guide students to their centre and activate self-healing. Both on and off the mat.
What Nina has to say;
My vision as a teacher is to inspire students to take the yogic tools they learn on the mat into their daily lives. I aim to guide students through a strong and compassionate practice that brings them closer to themselves. My practice began in a hot yoga studio. What started out as a physical practice slowly evolved into a whole mind, body and soul practice. As my mind started to soften with each class, I realised that Yoga was more than just a physical workout. My dedication and love for Yoga led me to explore a more traditional Hatha based practice.
What Lisa has to say;
Not feeling inspired or motivated. It’s ok, and it’s ok to not be ok.
In the present times, not being inspired, not being motivated and not feeling strong inspired this post I’m writing right now to share with my beautiful community ❀☯︎︎☾
Making time for myself to not just sit in silence and hear and feel and listen, but to notice, to acknowledge and to accept what comes to me is part of the mindfulness process.
You may not always find your meditations and thoughts are what you expected, they may not always be peaceful and graceful; when we stop, it’s our stillness and thoughts that find their way to our consciousness ... Remember going on vacations and thinking you’d be relaxed and calm, but there, instead, were surprising moments of anxiety and discomfort stirred within you?
It’s because stopping and turning inward gives our bodies permission to surrender, receive and heal.
Meditation, quiet time for you, moving meditation, any platform of mindfulness you choose is your body’s way of sending you strength, courage and healing back to you, so don’t fight it and remember, it’s ok to not be ok ૐ ☾
What is Yoga Nidra is the best method to remove any impurities in our channels such as negative emotions, desires and worries. The anicient sleep will aid you in reaching a sound and restful sleep of the physical bodym while your mind remains alert.
Whether you are new to yoga or have an advanced practice, whether you feel you are tight and stiff, "Yin Yoga can help imporve your flexibility because it releases tightness and tension in the your fascia and joint capsules" Hugh Lee and modifications will be available for every body.
