Please join us for a soundscape with the silky, spicy harmonic drums as Lisa leads you through a lush restorative yin yoga and meditation, closing with a deep Yoga Nidra practice.
Paul Archer and Lisa will be massaging you during the long, holding postures to bring your relaxation to next level zen as you turn inward to find stillness and nurture your mind, nourish your body and shine outward from your heart.
Light refreshments will be available and we invite to stay and chat to us about our events for 2021.
The practice of Yin and its mindful stretching postures and meditative long holds will also benefit preparation for physical activity and post workout recovery care.
Yoga Nidra or Ancient or Yogi Sleep is the best method to remove any impurities in our channels such as negative emotions, desires and worries. It will aid you in reaching a sound and deep sleep of the physical body, while your mind remains alert. Whether you are new to yoga or have an advanced practice, whether you feel you are tight and stiff, “Yin Yoga can help improve your flexibility because it releases tightness and tension in your fascia and joint capsules” ~ @breathof_heart and modifications will be offered to suit every body.
Please bring your own water bottle, mat and props, a towel to place over bolsters and a face towel if you wish to have an eye pillow for Savasana and Yoga Nidra, however, you will be gifted a take-home, brand new Eye Pillow at this soundscape.

How to get here;
If you are coming via public transport, please get off the tram at the York St/Clarendon St stop. Mirosuna is 130 meters from the tram stop which is about a 2 minute walk.
If you are driving, please come ahead of time to ensure that you can find a parking spot.Street parking: There are a mix of 1 hour and 2 hour parking spots on the street. Some are metered and some are free. It is best to download the PayStay mobile app so you can pay for your parking ticket via your mobile. South Melbourne Central - 111 Cecil Street, South Melbourne: Visitors get the first 2 hours of parking freeCare Park - 29 Moray St, Southbank: Depending on the day, they have a night parking flat rate of $5 to $10.50. Coles - 229 Coventry St, South Melbourne: Visitors get the first 1.5 hours free parking and after 6 pm they have a night parking flat rate of $7 after the first free 1.5 hours.
